Life Span - 15 - 25 years
Height - 100 - 110 cm
Weight - 250 - 450 lbs
Colour - White to Black, with shades of beige, grey, dark red, spotted and roan

 

Breeding & Reproduction

Gestation - 350 days
Birth - Single cria born during daylight hours.
Cria Weight - 20 to 35 lbs
Reproduction - Induced ovulators that can be bred at any time of the year.
Breeding occurs in the "cush" position (laying down) and takes between 10 to
45 minutes. New mothers are often rebred within 2 weeks of giving birth.
